Senior D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Finance Developer

Location: Remote (U.S.-based)

Type: Contract (6 months, potential extension)

NO C2C or third parties

W2 or 1099 only

About The Opportunity

Agile Resources is partnered with an enterprise organization seeking a Senior D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Finance Developer to support ongoing enhancements and integration initiatives within their Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem.

This is a fully remote contract opportunity working alongside experienced Dynamics developers in a collaborative delivery environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop, enhance, and maintain integrations within the Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations platform
  • Design and implement scalable integration solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards
  • Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ERP integrations and system performance
  • Contribute to architecture and design discussions supporting long-term platform scalability
  • Support deployment, testing, and validation of integration workflows
  • Ensure development aligns with best practices and coding standards
  • Document development processes, integrations, and technical solutions
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable cloud ERP capabilities

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong experience developing within Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O)
  • Hands-on experience building and supporting ERP integrations
  • Expertise with X++ development and F&O customization/extensions
  • Experience with enterprise integration patterns and cloud-based ERP environments
  • Familiarity with Azure integration services (Service Bus, Logic Apps, APIs, or similar)
  • Solid understanding of finance-related ERP modules and business processes
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills within complex enterprise systems
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, collaborative environment
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Experience

  • Background supporting large-scale or enterprise D365 implementations
  • Experience working within Agile delivery environments
  • Exposure to enterprise architecture or solution design initiatives
