The Brand Story & Creative team brings Zillow’s brand to life through human-centered storytelling. We shape how Zillow shows up in culture through campaigns, video, social, experiential moments, and executive narratives that resonate emotionally and endure beyond a single launch. We operate at the intersection of story craft and operational excellence, translating brand strategy into narratives that feel cohesive, intentional, and unmistakably Zillow.
About The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Brand Creative to lead a small but mighty team of creatives to the next level of greatness. This role has two core focuses: refining and expanding Zillow’s core brand story across all lines of business and audiences, and nurturing the creatives who bring that story to life so they can do the best work of their careers.
This is a very hands-on leadership role. You’ll shape stories with writers and through your own pen, inspire experiential creatives to stay fresh and unexpected, dive deep into shoots and edits with our video team, collaborate with other creative leaders across the company, and partner with senior stakeholders to keep the work strategically grounded and impactful.
You Will Get To:
- Refine and expand Zillow’s core brand story across B2C, B2B, and internal audiences, creating consistency across video, experiential, social, and executive storytelling
- Manage end-to-end storytelling production from intake and objectives to creative development, feedback, and final delivery
- Help stakeholders sharpen briefs and establish disciplined intake and review processes that set work up for success
- Collaborate with Marketing and Corporate Affairs partners to translate themes and strategies into actionable story frameworks and campaigns
- Support executive storytelling with clear narrative arcs, emotional clarity, and strong alignment to company priorities
- Maintain tonal and narrative consistency across lines of business and audience segments
- Lead, develop, and inspire writers, designers, and video creators, setting a high bar for narrative clarity and production quality
- Manage team capacity across multiple projects, bringing calm, decisive leadership in high-visibility, time-sensitive moments and fostering a culture that encourages bravery and growth
