We're looking for a Solution Architect with GenAI fluency who can quickly spot opportunities to leverage AI tools to create real value inside a complex enterprise - and be able to quickly build prototypes to wow stakeholders. This is a client-facing role that sits at the intersection of strategic advisory and hands-on technical delivery.

You will work directly with client teams to surface opportunities, shape solutions, and lead the implementation of AI-driven applications from concept through to production - leveraging modern AI-native build platforms like Emergent and Figma Make to accelerate the path from idea to working product.

We aren't expecting you to be an ML Engineer or AI researcher - but you should be a great consultant who can effectively vibe code your way to something that will excite our stakeholders, and know when to bring in our wider team.

High preference will be given to candidates who are based in Ohio to be close to our clients there. There may also be some travel requirements depending on the client.

What You'll Do

• Partner with client teams to identify, evaluate, and prioritize opportunities where Generative AI and emerging AI tooling can drive meaningful operational or business impact. You bring the technical lens - they bring the domain knowledge.
• Translate identified opportunities into concrete, production-ready technical designs. Own the architecture decisions that determine how AI capabilities are built, integrated, and scaled within an enterprise environment.
• Lead hands-on technical implementation of AI-driven applications using platforms like Emergent and Figma Make - from early prototype through to live, secured, enterprise-grade deployment. You are a builder, not just an advisor.
• Create reusable patterns, frameworks, and technical standards that accelerate delivery across multiple workstreams. What you build should make the next solution faster, not start from scratch.
• Ensure that solutions are built with automation and AI-assisted capabilities at their core, not bolted on afterward, reducing manual effort and improving long-term efficiency.
• Work alongside client architecture, security, and engineering teams to ensure solutions are aligned with enterprise standards, performant, and built to last. You can sell a modern approach to a skeptical stakeholder and back it up technically.
  
  
  
  
  

What You'll Bring

• 8-12+ years across software engineering, solution architecture, product, or a closely related discipline, with meaningful hands-on experience in Generative AI application development.
• Practical knowledge of the Generative AI landscape, such as LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, and AI-assisted development.
• Hands-on experience with AI-native build platforms is essential; familiarity with Emergent or Figma Make is a strong advantage, and experience with comparable tools such as v0, Bolt, Lovable, Cursor, or Replit Agent is equally valued.
• Proven ability to take a solution from whiteboard to production, and knowing what you can do and when you need to bring in others. Knowledgeable across the stack: application layer, data integration, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise security considerations.
• Experience in a consulting or client-facing delivery environment. You build credibility quickly, communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences without oversimplifying, and know how to create momentum in complex organizations.
• You design for reuse, scale, and maintainability - not just the immediate deliverable. You think in patterns and platforms, not one-off builds.
• You use AI tooling as a core part of how you work - not as a novelty. You are faster and more effective because of it, and you bring that mindset into the teams you work with.
