Job Description
The Business Solution Analyst at TA Services plays a key role in improving business operations by identifying technical challenges and implementing effective system-based solutions. This position works closely with various departments to design optimized processes, troubleshoot application issues, and support system enhancements. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT systems, programming concepts, and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
Learn core systems and business unit operations to identify technical challenges and solutions
Design, configure, and develop optimized business processes supported by technology
Troubleshoot and resolve application and system issues
Analyze and provide input on system enhancement requests to support decision-making
Document business applications and assist with software lifecycle management
Work Environment

Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred
Experience
Experience in similar business analyst or IT solution roles preferred (3-4 years ideal)
Computer programming and systems analysis/design
Software reference libraries, security systems, and networking
Familiarity with multiple programming languages
