What You Will Be Doing
This Position Will Serve As a Senior Manager For The Material Management & Logistics Support Organization In Greenville, SC. This Position Will Manage a Combination Of Salaried And Hourly Employees And Will Oversee a Specific Set Of Shop Floor, Replenishment Center Or Other Logistical Functions Within The Organization. Activities Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Manages 3-shift operations of salaried and hourly employees in support of operational demands.
- Manages material requirements for specified programs to ensure a controlled flow of approved materials timed to meet requirements.
- Manages Floor Work In Process (WIP) and schedule execution of the program plan.
- Manages and monitors key performance indicators related to team shop floor activities for parts movement and requirement planning.
- Manages material requirements to mitigate negative impacts on operations.
- Represents team for Schedule Council activities and flow down to ensure commitments are fulfilled.
- Teams with Program Office to develop work around and recovery plans for unscheduled disruptions to the supply chain.
