Base pay range

$33.00/hr - $36.00/hr

Summary:
The main function of this role is to coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials within or between departments according to production schedules. The position involves managing overall SCM operations for MX business, focusing on key areas such as aging inventory management, supply/shipment management, weekly HHP packaging operations, and new product launch management. The role requires planning, coordinating, and expediting supply operations while communicating between GOC and SEA.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Manage and track the monthly aging process to consolidate the account team’s depletion plan and monitor depletion status, including 'Unavailable inventory'.
  • Monitor weekly HHP supply status and support the account team to provide updated weekly delivery schedules to achieve weekly sales volume.
  • Coordinate with the LPS Inbound Team to manage inbound status daily on bulk shipments for HHP supply schedules and coordinate with Account and DF teams to meet weekly/monthly sell-in targets.
  • Track weekly/daily packaging progress versus plan, coordinating with the packaging planning team to ensure completion to meet weekly GI.
  • Review and update the status of the previous week's RTF setback and distribute weekly reports including reasons to HQ in Suwon office.
  • Manage HHP new launch products, including the overall process of launch display support, monitoring initial preparation of supply management, and tracking inbound status including packaging support.
  • Support MKT PR FOC requests prior to launch and track major milestones, mitigating any risk factors to launch.
 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, supply chain, or related field is preferred.
  • At least 5-8 years of experience, or equivalent experience.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
 
Desired Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal); bilingual (Korean) preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently or in a team environment to achieve personal and team goals.
  • Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to shipping and production.
  • Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
 
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $33.00 - $36.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
