Supply Chain Analyst II
Syracuse, IN | Full-Time | On-Site
Turn data into better decisions. And better decisions into real impact.
At POLYWOOD, we believe great operations don’t happen by accident. They’re built on insight, collaboration, and people who know how to connect the dots.
We’re looking for a Supply Chain Analyst II who enjoys digging into data, uncovering opportunities, and helping teams make smarter, faster decisions across our manufacturing supply chain.
The Work You’ll Love Doing
This isn’t just reporting. This is influence.
You’ll analyze data across demand, production, and inventory, then translate what you find into clear actions that improve service levels, optimize inventory, and support better planning.
You’ll partner with teams across supply chain, sales, finance, and operations, helping everyone see the same story in the data and act on it with confidence.
Where You Will Make an Impact
• Identifying trends and opportunities across demand, supply, and production
• Building dashboards and data models that support daily and strategic decisions
• Improving forecasting accuracy and inventory health
• Turning complex data into insights that drive action
• Investigating issues, finding root causes, and helping solve them
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the business
• Partnering with IT and data teams to strengthen data quality and accessibility
What You Bring
You have experience working in a manufacturing supply chain environment and a strong analytical mindset.
You’re comfortable with SQL, Excel, and modern data platforms like Databricks. More importantly, you know how to take what the data is saying and turn it into something people can actually use.
You communicate well, stay organized in a fast-moving environment, and take pride in solving problems that matter.
