About The Role
We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing People team at tapouts. In this role, you'll work closely with our Talent Acquisition Lead to drive the full recruitment cycle — from sourcing and screening to presenting top candidates to our hiring teams.
This is a hands-on, operational role built for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, loves finding great people, and isn't afraid to challenge the status quo when it comes to recruiting strategy. What You'll Do
Own the day-to-day recruiting operations: reviewing CVs, conducting interviews, and managing candidate pipelines
Source and engage top talent across Product, Engineering, and Design roles
Present qualified candidates to internal hiring teams with clear and compelling summaries
Partner with the Talent Acquisition Lead to refine processes and improve the overall candidate experience
Use AI-powered tools and modern recruiting technologies to increase efficiency and quality of hires
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Collaborate with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and team culture
Contribute ideas and help shape the talent acquisition strategy at tapouts
Requirements
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within a startup or high-growth tech environment
Proven experience hiring for Product, Engineering, and/or Design roles
Experience recruiting for US-based companies or US-based teams is a strong plus
Advanced English (required)
Familiarity with AI recruiting tools and a genuine interest in leveraging technology to improve hiring
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and prioritize in a fast-changing environment
Experience with ATS platforms (Workable experience is a plus)
