Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused professional to lead and elevate the SIMS Customer Training Program. This role is ideal for an experienced Industrial Security professional or Industrial Security Information Management professional who is passionate about empowering clients, delivering exceptional training experiences, and serving as a trusted advisor in the use of advanced security software solutions.

 

This individual will serve as the primary training lead and functional support liaison for our customers, ensuring they maximize the value and performance of the SIMS platform.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Training Program Leadership

  • Design, develop, implement, and continuously enhance the SIMS Customer Training Program, including public and private onsite training, virtual instructor-led sessions, and customer support curriculum.
  • Maintain full ownership of training content, ensuring materials remain current, relevant, and aligned with software enhancements and industry requirements.
  • Develop structured learning paths for new and existing customers to support adoption and long-term system success.


Content Development & Video Management

  • Create, script, record, and manage high-quality training videos and learning materials.
  • Maintain and administer customer access to training resources and video libraries.
  • Ensure all materials reflect best practices in adult learning and technical instruction.


Client Engagement & Functional Support

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers requiring training and functional support.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by diagnosing complex issues, offering timely and effective solutions, and ensuring optimal system performance.
  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations and tailored training sessions that empower clients to fully leverage system capabilities.
  • Utilize prior Industrial Security Information Management experience to understand customer environments and tailor solutions to their operational needs.


Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with technical, product, and development teams to identify customer trends, recommend enhancements, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the SIMS platform.
  • Provide structured feedback from the field to inform product innovation and usability improvements.


Internal Enablement

  • Deliver internal training for employees on software updates, new features, and onboarding of new team members.
  • Ensure internal stakeholders are equipped to support customers effectively and consistently.


Continuous Improvement

  • Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory updates, and emerging technologies related to industrial security and information management.
  • Proactively enhance training methodologies, support processes, and customer engagement strategies.


Desired Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in Industrial Security Information Management or related security software environments.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and instructional design skills.
  • Proven ability to manage customer relationships with professionalism and responsiveness.
  • Experience creating training materials and instructional videos preferred.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across technical and operational teams.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ownership mindset.


Security Clearance

Willingness and ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance, as required.


Required:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience using SIMS and thorough knowledge of modules and capabilities.
  • Requires a minimum of 25% travel based on business needs.
