We're looking for a Project Manager who combines technical precision with a collaborative spirit. You'll work closely with engineers, technicians, and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

What You'll Do:

• Plan and manage telecoms projects from initiation to closure within scope, schedule, and budget.
  
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  
• Coordinate project activities across cross-functional teams and ensure timely communication and reporting.
  
• Manage project changes and scope creep to ensure project goals are met.
  
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and customer requirements.
  
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide project status reports to stakeholders.
  
• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path activities.
  
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  
• Participate in the development and improvement of project management methodologies and tools.

You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering or computer science.
  
• 5+ years of experience in telecoms project management.
  
• Strong knowledge of telecoms networks and technologies.
  
• Experience with project management methodologies. Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
  
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
