Our client is seeking a VIS Digital Project Manager to join their team! The primary focus of this role will be supporting various initiatives across social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, Pinterest) both organically and through paid media.
Core Responsibilities
Define the project scope, timelines and deliverables for the various digital project types mentioned above
Gather and provide all relevant assets to assign to the appropriate resources
Track the full cycle of each project and its progress, to ensure they adhere to the established timelines
Secure approvals from appropriate stakeholders from project kick-off to delivery
Act as a liaison between internal teams (Creative Directors, Designers, VP, larger VIS design team), respective marketing teams (social, media, content partnerships, strategy), and external design vendors/freelancers
Maintain clear and efficient communication channels to ensure project/team success
Oversee and allocate resources for our internal team of designers, as well as external vendors and freelancers, to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Collaborate frequently with the VIS digital project management team and the VP of Design Operations to follow proper workflows and processes
Work closely with the VIS Digital VP and Creative Directors to help transform their creative visions into reality
Promote effective communication and teamwork through fostering a collaborative environment within the VIS team
Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves)
5+ years project management experience
Creative agency or in house creative studio/entertainment experience is required
Preferred Skills/Experience (Nice-to-Haves)
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Salesforce, Monday, Jira experience/knowledge is a plus

Compensation & Benefits
Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $59.00 and $83.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
