What We Need

Our client is seeking a Warehouse Security Manager to lead and oversee all site security operations within a highly automated distribution facility. This role is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive security strategies, managing third-party security partners, and ensuring the safety of employees, protection of assets, and continuity of operations. The Manager will serve as the primary site authority for security planning, incident response, compliance, and training, while building and executing end-to-end safety and security plans that support daily operations and long-term risk mitigation.

Our client provides outsourced, automated warehousing solutions, specializing in high-efficiency case and pallet movement across wholesale, retail, and general merchandise environments.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and implement site-wide security and safety strategies
  • Create and execute comprehensive security and safety plans from start to finish
  • Lead, mentor, and manage on-site security personnel
  • Oversee third-party security vendors and guard operations
  • Manage access control systems, investigations, audits, and incident response procedures
  • Develop and deliver security and safety training programs for site personnel
  • Monitor emergency preparedness, security KPIs, and risk assessments
  • Partner with Operations, Safety, HR, and Legal to ensure compliance and operational alignment
  • Continuously evaluate and improve site security protocols and risk mitigation strategies

What You’ll Need

  • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in industrial, logistics, or distribution security environments
  • Prior experience in a security leadership or management role
  • Experience managing security teams and third-party vendors
  • Strong knowledge of access control, surveillance systems, and security investigations
  • Understanding of OSHA and workplace safety regulations
  • Proven ability to develop and implement site-wide security and safety programs
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills in fast-paced environments
