✨ Some ideas just cannot wait for a reply. ✨ At Amazon, some of the best collaboration happens in the moments between meetings. A quick question, a spontaneous brainstorm, or the occasional desk drive-by can spark ideas that no email thread could. We are committed to building a workplace where people can connect, collaborate, and do their best work together. 📹 Brooke Moody
I ordered my parcel on 25th March. Got notification that I’ll receive on 31st March. Till 4th April, no idea where my parcel is. Then got info from Amazon Social Media that Parcel is damaged. Then they asked for refund or replacement. It was so urgent, I requested them, if I’ll get replacement in 48 hours, then do replacement, else refund. They assured me that I’ll get it in 48 hours. And now after 48 hours they are saying another 4 days to wait. Is this a joke? You guys playing with me? Do you even realise how important and urgent that parcel is? It’s so frustrating, never expected this from Amazon. Shitty service and worst support staff. Horrible.
I never thought I would have to write a post like this about Amazon. More than one month ago, I received a defective sofa — damaged, deformed cushions, and completely not as described. Since then: * I filed an A-to-Z claim on March 15 * I was asked for “more details” over 10 times (and provided everything each time) * I have spent 15+ hours on calls and chats with customer service Despite all this, I am still being told to ship back a large, heavy defective item myself. Let me be clear: This is a seller fault. The product is damaged. The evidence is already provided (photos & videos). My request has always been simple: 👉 Arrange pickup OR issue a fair refund But after all this time, there is still no resolution. As a Prime customer, this experience is extremely disappointing. Customer support should not be this exhausting for such an obvious case. I hope someone at Amazon leadership takes this seriously and steps in. #Amazon #CustomerExperience #CustomerService #Ecommerce #AtoZGuarantee #amazonCEO
“The Economic Numbers are Lying: Redefining ‘Boom’ and ‘Bust’ through Behavioral Truths” “We live in a flood of contaminated data, but we are starving for the truth.” A proper narrative regarding our distorted economic situation is urgently needed. Although countless data surrounds us, these figures are merely packaged numbers — and no one can easily uncover the underlying substance. This is likely due to the fear of causing unnecessary discord and facing a backlash. Nevertheless, the time has come for someone to approach this from an innovative perspective and bring it to public discussion. We have reached a moment where we must accurately describe the economic reality Where is the focus placed when defining whether the economy is good or bad? Does everyone agree when we simply list data using statistical figures? Even if the entire economy is in disarray, it is a boom — if I am prospering. Even if the whole world reports favorable conditions, it is a recession — if I am struggling. A truly precise definition of boom and bust has now become necessary — one that. The numbers are not lying because someone is dishonest They are lying because the definitions were built for a different world. It is time to build new ones.
Sharing a disappointing experience with Amazon that I believe needs attention. 📦 Order No: 404-6892022-9377130 Product: ASIAN Women BLOSSOM-12 Shoes Amount Paid: ₹827 (via GPay) The order was marked *delivered* on 7th April, but I never received the product. I contacted customer care immediately, followed up multiple times, and was initially assured resolution by 11th April. However, I was later told that nothing can be done since the system shows “delivered.” So currently, I have: ❌ No product ❌ No refund This is not the first time I’ve faced this issue. A similar incident happened in November 2025, where a product was marked delivered but not received (though that time I eventually got a refund after repeated follow-ups). As a regular customer, this repeated negligence and lack of accountability feels extremely disappointing and unfair — almost like customers are being cheated after making full payment. I have had a really bad experience and would not recommend shopping from Amazon anymore. #CustomerExperience #OnlineShopping #ConsumerRights #AmazonIndia
This kind of spontaneous collaboration is where the best ideas truly come to life often, what doesn’t fit in an email finds clarity in a simple, direct conversation. One way to take this even further would be to extend this mindset to the broader ecosystem, creating more agile and human channels of interaction with partners spaces where questions and situations can be addressed with the same proximity and clarity as a quick hallway conversation. Because great ideas don’t come only from inside they also come from those building alongside Amazon every day. I’ve always been proud to say I was an author on Amazon. Seeing my books reach readers around the world was truly a dream. Right now, I’m going through a difficult situation with my account, and all I’m hoping for is the chance to be heard with that same sense of openness and clarity that Amazon values so much. I would truly love to continue being part of this ecosystem. If possible, I respectfully ask for a reconsideration or a new review of my case
Spot on! At Tsunagari Management Academy, we believe these 'micro-moments' of connection are where true innovation and culture are built. While structured meetings have their place, spontaneous collaboration is often the real engine behind creative problem-solving. Great to see this focus on a connected workplace!
I am a big fan of the desk visit. But these days, I would need to also uber to the airport and catch a flight.
I need help with my account on Amazon smsmco99@gmail.com My phone number 00201276748886My order number is 405-4176948-4604346I haven't violated any Amazon policies. I received this order, which included hair serum and coffee beans from Abu Auf, both in the same box without separate packaging. This resulted in the coffee beans spoiling due to the strong odors in the box. When I complained, they refused my refund request and restricted my account from physical purchases, which is a clear violation of Amazon's own policies. I request justice and a solution.
Amazon has closed my account and declined to issue a refund due to an erroneous scanning error by the courier.Prashant Saran also refused to help then blocked even i show him evidence about courier mistakes
