Last Monday, I have Isaac Timothy Tay from ShopBack to talk about the transformational journey in shifting the organization towards becoming AI-fluent in my #DigitalTransformation class in NUS Business School. I learned a few key lessons from him specifically in how to cultivate an AI-native workforce and transform the way how the different teams work in leveraging AI tools and workflows for productivity: 1/ Innovation happens only when people learn visibly, repeatedly and together. 2/ Communication on the why learning AI is extremely important. The messaging should focus on how the changes augment and amplify their existing capabilities because we are in a transitory period of change where roles and responsibilities are changing. 3/ Treat the AI agents like a team you train with context and with skills. The more you invest, the better your team performs. Of course, we are living in interesting times! #DigitalTransformation #AI
