I've stayed at Block for as long as I have because of the people. Being around the people energizes me and makes me be the best person that I can be. Without a doubt. I stayed here because it's such a close community between the work flexibility and the impact that we get to have on our clients lives. It is an incredible place to work where you truly feel like you're making an impact. It's something where you get to grow and they look at your skills and try to find the best way for you to contribute and be happy doing so. I've learned more than I ever have. With any other company and that's what keeps me here, honestly.

I’ve been with block 29 tax seasons. I missed only a couple along the way. The support of others that helps me succeed and the ability to help others is the best part of working for Block. We are a large extended family and maybe we never meet each other, but we can still help each other.
