Grateful to have wrapped up our FY27 APAC Technical Services (TS) offsite in Sydney after an energising week of connection, learning, and teamwork. As part of our TS Support Operations team, I had the opportunity to work closely with our EMEA and AMER colleagues to ensure seamless 24/7 support coverage while our APAC engineers fully participated in the offsite. One part I’m especially proud of is how our team ensured coverage despite the complex global backdrop, from major cloud outages in the Middle East to the wider political conflicts. Through close coordination across AMER, EMEA, and APAC, we built a coverage plan that kept customers supported. I also joined this year’s APAC offsite planning committee, working closely with leaders across the region to shape an agenda that stayed true to our main theme and connected meaningfully to our team’s goals. A huge thank you to our EMEA and AMER teammates who flexed their schedules and picked up unusual hours to make this possible. Offsites like this only work when all three regions support one another, and I’m proud to have played a part in making that happen this year!
