Deleting five "productivity" apps in one morning sounds like a dream. Most of the "optimized" workflows I see are actually just digital obstacle courses. People spend more time tagging, categorizing, and syncing than actually doing the work they get paid for. It’s the "Personal OS" trap. (Self-note: I've seen 'Personal OS' setups that are actually just a 'SaaS Chaos' of notifications). Every new tool is another tab to keep open, another subscription to track, and another place for information to go missing. We think we’re building a system, but usually, we’re just building overhead. (Narrator: The more features an app has, the less likely you are to actually finish that one task). I'm leaning towards the minimalist stack. If a tool doesn't solve a massive, recurring pain point, it’s just noise. Sometimes the best "upgrade" is the delete button. Mental clarity beats a complex dashboard every single time. Keep it lean.
