Thoughts on Retreats and Openness

Thoughts on Retreats and Openness

It's been a good week since we came back from our retreat in Spain, and it's incredible how much these meetings improve how our team interacts.

By far the best part this time was our "Ask Me Anything" session where we used a platform that allowed to submit messages anonymously.

The rules were that we read out loud every single question and answer them as honest as possible. There were some great question, some tough ones, some that provoked discussions and quite a few that made us laugh.

We did that while we got an authentic Catalonian dinner in front of an amazing 700 year old 🏰 - this was a night that I will never forget.

This retreat made me reflect on the power of openness and also the responsibility. Where would you draw the line? How open is too open?
