How do I create a hostname with an IPv6 address or AAAA record?

Steps to create an IPv6/AAAA Record

  1. Login to No-IP
  2. Click “DDNS and Remote Access” on the left side of the page
  3. Click “DNS Records”
  4. Click the “Add Record” button
  5. Type in your hostname. If you are using your own custom domain, please make sure you are adding the record for the correct domain.
  6. Select “AAAA” as the hostname type.
  7. Enter the IP Address/Target
  8. Click “Create”
