iPad not being detected by iTunes or Finder in recovery mode
I have a 2018 iPad Pro that belonged to an employee and am now trying to use it for myself. They don’t remember the password set on it. I was able to see it once on iTunes for Windows, but I ejected the device because I had to update iTunes in order to do what I needed to do. Since then, the device has not popped up on my windows pc and two different MacBooks. Have tried just about everything, including DFU mode. Anything else I can do?
