The first tour filled up almost instantly and we couldn’t resist the opportunity to return during one of the most beautiful moments of the year. Spring in Puglia is something special: fields scattered with wildflowers, soft light, and a sense of quiet abundance before the summer crowds arrive.
Join Italian food expert, author, and Via Rosa co-founder Sophie Minchilli, together with her dear friend and local guide Angelo, for an intimate six-day journey through southern and central Puglia. You’ll settle into the baroque elegance of Lecce and the seaside charm of Monopoli, venturing out each day to the places they love most—Martina Franca, Gallipoli, Galatina, Bari, and beyond. Expect long, leisurely meals, unexpected discoveries, and the kind of deeply rooted food culture that reveals itself only when you’re in the company of those who truly know it.
