The ordering process was easy and the token arrived quickly. The level of comms was perfect. One recommendation would be to add a FAQ in the help desk area about Windows Hello. When I first tried to access my cert I kept getting an error message stating a USB was still plugged in. I did not have any USBs plugged in. When I talked to your help desk they were able to quickly identify the issue so I could go back to my IT team for help.

Approximately 6-8 weeks ago, I contacted support to assist me to install the PKI on a new laptop. The support technician who assisted me was very professional and knowledgeable.
