Being super innovative and dynamic, while still doing the Austrian governance way? How do you change that from a C-level perspective? Our new AI Austria Podcast episode is out since last week, and this time we have two guests at once: Thomas Arnoldner, Deputy CEO of A1 Telekom Austria Group and future ÖBAG CEO, and Christoph Knogler, CEO of KEBA Group. Together they are Co-Chairs of the Industriellenvereinigung Taskforce on AI in Industry. The conversation covers AI strategy in large companies, the real costs of agentic workflows, and where Europe's industrial strength in the AI value chain truly lies. In focus of the episode: 💸 AI costs are exploding, and hardly anyone has it on their radar: Agents, tokens and spreading models have turned a manageable line item into one of the most pressing strategic topics.
