Transforming lives
About us
The PAYCE Foundation was founded in 2016 to build on the long philanthropic tradition of leading property developer PAYCE. The PAYCE Foundation aims to become a best practice example of engaged and strategic philanthropy. We establish long term partnerships with a range of charities and community organisations addressing the causes and effect of social disadvantage and misfortune to ensure these are not determinants of anyone’s quality of life. We work with charities to identify what works and support organisations both financially and through hands-on capacity building initiatives. We promote innovation and help develop sustainable projects and organisations. We have identified five interconnected areas on which we focus our efforts: 1. Addiction 2. Domestic and family violence 3. Mental health and disability 4. Children, youth and families 5. Homelessness and social isolation

Every life deserves to be remembered. This past Sunday, Sydney paused to recognise those who had died while sleeping rough at the annual Homeless Persons’ Memorial Service. The PAYCE Foundation was proud to support this solemn and important service alongside the Catholic Cemeteries + Crematoria, End Street Sleeping Collaboration, St Vincent de Paul Society NSW, Justice and Peace Office Sydney, Sydney Street Choir, and Honey Bees Choir. While the work to end homelessness continues, nights like this remind us why it’s so important. 📖 Read more: https://lnkd.in/gbbNJ-Bp

One night outdoors can have a lasting impact. PAYCE Foundation Director Dominic Sullivan and PAYCE executive Tony Wishart joined hundreds of business leaders for this year's Vinnies CEO Sleepout, raising $28,631 to support Australians experiencing homelessness. While one night cannot replicate the reality faced by people sleeping rough, the event helps fund essential services including emergency accommodation, food relief, outreach programs and crisis support. The PAYCE Foundation is grateful to everyone who supported this year's fundraising effort and to St Vincent de Paul Society NSW for the important work they do every day. 📝 Read more: https://lnkd.in/gd7myNY7 #TransformingLives

Homelessness is often measured in numbers, but behind every statistic is a person. Supported by community organisations and charities, including the PAYCE Foundation, the annual Homeless Persons' Memorial Service provides a place of remembrance and reflection for those who have died while experiencing homelessness. Members of the public are invited to attend the service on 21 June at Martin Place. 📝 Read more: https://lnkd.in/gCTR4zXD #TransformingLives

One night and a piece of cardboard will help raise vital funds for services supporting Australians doing it tough. Next month, PAYCE Foundation Director Dominic Sullivan and CFO Tony Wishart will take part in the Vinnies CEO Sleepout, joining leaders across the country to raise funds and awareness for people experiencing homelessness. As housing pressures continue to rise, initiatives like St Vincent de Paul Society NSW's CEO Sleepout help fund emergency accommodation, meals and practical support for those at risk of or experiencing street sleeping. The PAYCE Foundation is proud to support organisations working to address disadvantage across our communities. 📝 Read the full story: https://lnkd.in/gzqQfn9Q #TransformingLives #CEOSleepout2026

Some heroes wear capes. Vinnies volunteers wear blue. Last week, the PAYCE Foundation was proud to attend the 2026 St Vincent de Paul Society NSW Heroes in Action event, committing $150,000 to support the frontline volunteers showing up every day for people experiencing hardship across the state. More than 240 guests gathered alongside NSW Premier Chris Minns MP and Opposition Leader Kellie Sloane MP to recognise the extraordinary dedication of Vinnies' people. Together, the event raised more than $350,000 for the Vinnies Vans service. When government, community and philanthropic partners come together with a common purpose, meaningful change becomes possible. The PAYCE Foundation is honoured to play a part in sustaining that work. Ending homelessness takes coordination, shared data, and organisations willing to work together. In the Northern Rivers, that is exactly what is happening. Thanks to the By-Name List, organisations and frontline workers are able to deliver faster, better outcomes for people sleeping rough. The PAYCE Foundation is proud to support the End Street Sleeping Collaboration, making this possible. Read the full story: https://lnkd.in/g6CvfVu9
