Canada competed at the 2026 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow, Scotland.[1][2][3] This marked Canada's 23rd participation at the Commonwealth Games, having competed at every edition of the games.

In April 2025, former Olympic and Commonwealth Games champion Erica Wiebe was named as the country's chef de mission.[4]

The Canadian delegation consisted of 149 athletes competing in nine sports, including four para disciplines, with netball being the only sport in which Canada was not represented.[5] Wheelchair basketball player Kady Dandeneau was the country's opening ceremony flagbearer.[6] Meanwhile, bowls athlete Ryan Bester was the baton bearer during the ceremony.[7] Gold medalist judoka Julien Frascadore served as the country's closing ceremony flagbearer.[8]

The Canadian team finished the Games with a total of 62 medals (19 gold, 20 silver and 23 bronze).[9] This ranked the country third on the medal table.[10] This met Canada's goal of finishing in the top three of the overall medal table.[10]
