The Saga at-large district (Japanese: 佐賀県選挙区, Saga-ken Senkyo-ku) is a multi-member electoral constituency for the House of Councillors, the upper house of the National Diet of Japan. It represents the entirety of Saga Prefecture on the island of Kyushu.
The district elects two councillors to six-year terms, with one seat up for election every three years through a first-past-the-post voting system. With approximately 679,000 registered voters, it remains one of the smaller single-prefecture districts in Japan.[2][3]

[edit]The Councillors currently representing Saga are:
| Councillor | Party | Term Ends | Election Won |
|---|---|---|---|
| Yuhei Yamashita | Liberal Democratic Party | 2025 | 2019 regular election |
| Takamaro Fukuoka | Liberal Democratic Party | 2028 | 2022 regular election |

2022 Election
[edit]In the July 2022 election, incumbent Takamaro Fukuoka secured re-election under the LDP banner, continuing the party's multi-decade dominance in the district's alternate election cycle.[5]
