GA criteria commentary

• Image is currently marked as having an invalid non-free use claim. Would highly suggest replacing it or removing it entirely. Until then, I'm marking it as failing 6a - call me strict, but it's the image in the infobox and copyright is a serious issue. Open to changing this when the image is replaced or removed.

• Article looks stable.
• Earwig indicates a 4.8% likelihood of a copyvio.
• Sources appear to be reliable from what I can tell.

Article commentary

• This is perhaps a difference in regional dialect, but at least in the United States we would say "the [city] [team name]" (as used in, for example, 2016 Chicago Cubs season). It sounds more natural, or at least it does to me. Overall it's not a huge issue, but to some readers it could be seen as a grammar problem (especially if they are uninformed) so I thought it was worth at least a mention.

  I suppose you're talking about the opening sentence, the current wording was decided to avoid using the repeating the words (such as "season") twice in same sentence.. Vestrian24Bio 10:20, 4 September 2026 (UTC)

• "16 players under 10 categories, including 5 overseas players in 4 categories" : There's a difference in wording between "under 10 categories" and "in 4 categories" - this needs to be consistent

• I understand that List of International Cricket Council members#Associate members is linked, but is it necessary to input the draft rules here? It seems like that information may better fit under an article about the SLC draft or something similar.

Source 13 does not say anything about the players' draft being postponed.

Source 14 does not mention anything about signing limitations, and source 15 has the same problem as source 11.

"In the draft, [...] under the age of 23." A few issues here. Sources 16 and 17 don't actually explicitly state anything about the rules as far as I can see, only really player lists, and source 18 implies that what that sentence says might be true but doesn't outright say it. It may be a good idea to cite the rulebook itself if you can find it, in addition to this.
