Decline reason:

I removed the username portion of your request since you haven't been asked to change your username. There should be an option in the wizard to make a request that does not propose a new username. You will need to do better than "I haven't used other accounts" because everyone who uses multiple accounts inappropriately says this. Asilvering seems to be alleging that overlap on AfDs is sufficient to designate that someone is socking. I know Asilvering is active on AfDs because I have seen her over there and I am certain that she is aware of the fact that overlap is inevitable when one is active in AfDs. I frequently see many accounts editing in AfDs, Agnieszka is one of the many accounts I would see be incredibly active on AfDs. Having overlapping votes in AfDs is common and looking at the arguments of other commentors of AfDs is how consensus is built.

Wikipedia is a small place and I have seen many people have overlapping interests in a wide variety of areas and it is not odd to find editors in common areas from time to time. I've found new areas of interest in their contributions just like other people may have in mine.

I haven't addressed the accusation of meatpuppetry because it's not what I was blocked for. I was blocked and tagged as a "confirmed" sockpuppet all at once. Should I also address accusations of edit warring, incivility, or copyright infringement?

If it's meatpuppetry, is the precise accusation that my close personal friend PapaTakaro (who I have never heard of) got me to make an account, make thousands of edits for several years, all so I could vote in some AfDs and participate in some fairly mainstream topic areas? This is so disconnected from what is described in WP:MEAT that addressing it does not make sense to me.

(Non-administrator comment) Just from my own experiences interacting with Gjb0zWxOb (e.g. on OpenStreetMap, I find it very unlikely they are the same person as Th78blue and Iljhgtn due to behavioral differences. Also, Gjb0zWxOb was actively editing while the AN thread on Iljhgtn was going on, so I find it unlikely that they'd have been switching accounts that rapidly. Therefore I believe that Gjb0zWxOb is unrelated and should be unblocked.In solidarity, PokemonPerson (talk) 15:18, 29 September 2026 (UTC)

As described in Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/PapaTakaro/Archive#15 September 2026, Gjb0zWxOb was blocked for improper off-wiki coordination (i.e. meatpuppetry, which is listed as a form of sockpuppetry). The logged block reason ("Abusing multiple accounts: Please see: w:en:Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/PapaTakaro") uses the standard block message for sockpuppetry and meatpuppetry blocks at WP:SPI. There was consensus against your noticeboard proposal to let the sockpuppet Iljhgtn be unbanned upon request, and the evidence and rationale for the block of Gjb0zWxOb are different from those for the block of Iljhgtn. — Newslinger talk 18:43, 30 September 2026 (UTC)
