Just a county-wide school smartphone ban, following the state-wide one (Glenn Youngkin#Public school phone ban). Only local WP:RUNOFTHEMILL coverage, or primary; probably warrants at most two lines in Loudoun County Public Schools, if any. The article is currently an orphan, and that is not a very plausible redirect, but I guess it is still WP:CHEAP. Choucas 🐦⬛ 14:15, 16 October 2026 (UTC)

- Delete: Rather routine cell phone ban, can be mentioned in the article for the county. You could substitute the name of any other county anywhere in North America and it would basically be the same. "Students struggle with the ban" per the one source isn't special. This is a routine news item. Oaktree b (talk) 14:35, 16 October 2026 (UTC)
- Redirect: The sources show it has some sustained discussion and controversy (as opposed to mere mentions), but as they are mostly announcements, it may be better suited to the History section of the LCPS article. Redirecting it would preserve the edit history and direct readers to whatever information is retained. Some helpful person (talk?) 15:51, 16 October 2026 (UTC)
- Redirect / Selectively merge to Loudoun County Public Schools per nom and the above.

- Redirect and/or selective merge to Loudoun County Public Schools: per nom, per other comments - WP:MILL school policy with maybe a bit more local coverage but not anything lasting - and it looks like the original editor was basically an LCPS SPA.
