From intern to leading a team of 35. What does that journey look like? Four years ago, Juan P. Barrio Piqueras joined TMC Spain as an intern. With a background in International Relations and no experience in the technical industry, he had a lot to learn. Today, he is a Business Manager responsible for a team of 35 employeneurs. Along the way, Juan learned how to build a team, develop his technical understanding, deal with setbacks and, perhaps most importantly, what kind of manager he wants to be. His story is one of growth, trust and learning from the people around you. And it shows that you don’t always need to have all the answers to be a good leader. Curious to hear how Juan made the transition from intern to leading a growing team? 👉 Read the full story on our website via first link in comments. #TMC #successstory #PeopleDriveTechnology

On September 12 and 13, we participated in the XVII Marbella ESA Basketball Tournament! 🏀 The European Space Agency - ESA brought together 14 teams across 20 games in Marbella.
