## What changed - Move the SQLite schema, database filename, and shared pool registry into `local/pool.rs`. - Share channel insertion between runtime writes and template setup, using typed board IDs and channel descriptions. GitOrigin-RevId: c57a79c49fe9003b3c73f38010ce9293275a714c
