## What changed Replace `softprops/action-gh-release` in `.github/workflows/rust-release.yml` with explicit `gh` commands: - Look up the release by tag, including drafts, and fail on API errors. - Create stable releases as drafts until assets are uploaded. Create prereleases directly to preserve prerelease events. - Upload sorted assets with `--clobber`, then publish the release with the configured title, notes, prerelease status, and latest status. - Cap release notes at 124,999 characters, including a trailing newline.
