Theatre at Work🎭 Organised in line with this year CIF H&S campaign, our project teams recently took part in an interactive site safety programme, delivered by Theatre at Work, highlighting the importance of making safe decisions, strong leadership, recognising potential risks, and looking out for one another on site. Through interactive film and live performances, real-life workplace safety scenarios are brought to life, demonstrating how the smallest actions or decisions can have a significant impact on safety. The workshops encouraged discussion around key safety themes, including personal responsibility, risk awareness, the importance of speaking up and taking action to prevent incidents. They also tasked our teams to reflect on everyday safety practices and the positive impact awareness, communication, and being proactive can have across our sites, so everyone can Arrive Safe, Work Safe, and Leave Safe. #BuildingOurFutureTogether #CIFSafety26 #SafetyAwareness #HealthAndSafety #SiteSafety 📸VM Digital

Lara Gillespie - World Champion 2026🥇☘️    Huge congratulations to Lara Gillespie on becoming the World Champion yesterday in Shanghai, China!    An outstanding performance in the Points Race at the Union Cycliste Internationale Track Cycling World Championships, and Lara’s second World Championship title in two years, having taken gold in the Elimination in Chile in 2025.   We are proud to support Lara on her sporting journey and see her dedication, skill and hard work rewarded with such a well-deserved achievement.   #BuildingOurFutureTogether #LaraGillespie #WorldChampion #TrackCycling #Gold

In-House Health and Safety Campaign Launch 🚧    We recently launched our in-house Health and Safety Campaign, running in line with the Construction Industry Federation (CIF) Construction Safety Campaign 2026.    Over the next two weeks, project teams and our supply chain will take part in various activities and initiatives designed to raise awareness and reinforce the importance of health, safety and wellbeing across our sites and workplaces.    The campaign is an important opportunity to refresh our focus on safe working practices, encourage conversations around health, safety and wellbeing and remind everyone of our role in keeping ourselves and those around us safe.    We look forward to sharing some of the activities taking place over the coming weeks!    Arrive Safe. Walls is proud to be a Founding Partner of Constructing Equality Ireland (CEI), an industry-led initiative focused on accelerating gender equality and increasing the representation of women across Ireland’s built environment sector. We were delighted to support CEI’s first industry roundtable, which explored how we can encourage and support more women to pursue careers in construction, with a particular focus on early-career pathways. Debbie Treacy , Operations Director - Human Resources at Walls, co-hosted the event, which brought together organisations from across the sector to share ideas, experiences and perspectives and identify practical actions that can drive meaningful, long-term change. 🌿Supply Chain Sustainability School🌿 Walls recently hosted an internal introductory session on the Supply Chain Sustainability School (IE) (SCSS). The session provided an overview of the platform, its resources, and how it can support your learning and development in sustainability and responsible business practices.    We were shown how to use the platform, as well as highlighting the key learning resources, training opportunities, and learning pathways available, and how the school could support both individual and team development.    It was a valuable opportunity to learn more about the resources available through the SCSS and how they can help us continue to build our knowledge and understanding of sustainability across Walls and our Supply Chain as we move forward on our Sustainability Action plans.   #BuildingOurFutureTogether #SCSS #LearningAndDevelopment #Sustainability
