Located in Dundee's City Quay, Opera Dundee is home to the team behind GameMaker, one of Opera's gaming products. Our open-plan office brings together professionals from different backgrounds and areas of expertise, working together on tools that help people create and develop games.
Overlooking the waterfront, the office is within easy reach of the city centre, with cafés, restaurants and local amenities nearby.
Why Dundee?
Dundee has a well-established reputation for game development and digital creativity, making it a natural home for the GameMaker team. Our colleagues contribute to a product used by game creators around the world, combining technical expertise, creative thinking and a shared interest in making game development more accessible.
We encourage employees to share ideas, take ownership of their responsibilities and learn from one another. Working as part of Opera's international organisation, the Dundee team has opportunities to collaborate across disciplines and contribute to the continued development of GameMaker.
