Two Special Cover was released during SIKKIMPEX 2026 on 10the March 2026 at Gangtok on musical instruments like Tungbuk and Pumtong Pulit, highlighting the rich musical heritage of the Lepcha community of Sikkim.

Bongopex - 2025, the 10th State Level Philatelic Exhibition organized by the West Bengal Postal Circle, was held from November 14th to 17th, 2025 at the Science City, Kolkata. 7 Special covers were released during the Exhibition.

On 14th November Special cover on Netaji's Durga Puja and Legendary Film Directors of Bengal, on 15th November Special Covers on Melody Maestroes of Bengal and Bengal Renaissance, On 16th November Special Covers on Birth Centenary of Narayan Debnath and Comedy Actors of Bengali Cinema  and on 17th November a Special Cover on Beyond The Curtain: The Enduring Magic of P. C. Sorcar was released.

Boat Carried Special Cover - Nagarbera

A Boat Carried Special Cover was released on 8th January 2026 at Nagarbera during Nilachalpex-2026 which was carried by boat from Nagarbera to Baghmarachar.

GOAPEX - 2025

A District Level Philatelic Exhibition was held on 28th and 29th November at Institute Menezes Braganza Hall, Panaji, Goa.

On the first day Permanent Pictorial Cancellations on Mussol Khel, a centuries-old traditional folk dance from the village of Chandor in Goa and Façade,Church of Our Lady of Health, Sancoale and Special cover on Goan Bebinca was released along with special cancellation of Goa-Gateway of Culture.

On the second day a Permanent Pictorial Cancellation on Mormugao Port Authority (Mormugao Post Office) and a Special Cover on Tabul Phale, traditional Board game of Goa was also released.
