Login Instructions

1. Select User Type:
Choose your appropriate user type from the drop-down menu:
- Merchant - for all merchant users.
- Agency / Observer - for agency, CSOs, and observer accounts.
2. Enter Username
Type your username or login ID in the Username field.
3. Enter Password
Enter your account password in the Password field.
4. Complete CAPTCHA
Solve the CAPTCHA challenge to verify that you are not a robot. This may involve typing characters, selecting images, or checking a box.
5. Log In
Click the Login button or press Enter on your keyboard to proceed.
6. Forgot Password
If you forgot your password, click the Forgot Password link and follow the on-screen instructions to reset it.
