✈️ What makes a great journey? It’s not just about where you’re going, but how you get there. Last year, more than 8 million passengers travelled between Poland and the UK, making the UK Poland’s largest international aviation market. This is more than a measure of connectivity – it reflects the strength of the ties between our two countries. At our event, Future of Airport Passenger Experience, we brought together experts from the UK and Poland to explore how innovation, collaboration and the exchange of expertise can shape the future of air travel. Aviation connects economies, but above all, it connects people. And as passenger numbers continue to grow, success is increasingly measured not only by how many people pass through our airports, but by the quality of their experience. The UK brings a long tradition of aviation innovation and airport expertise. London Heathrow, Europe’s busiest airport, welcomed more than 84 million passengers in 2025 alone. Meanwhile, Poland continues to be one of Europe’s most dynamic and fastest-growing aviation markets. By sharing knowledge and learning from one another, the UK and Poland can help make the passenger experience smarter, smoother and better for everyone. A special word of appreciation to our event sponsor, Addleshaw Goddard. Many thanks to all our speakers for sharing their expertise and insights, to British Aviation Group for their continued partnership and support in bringing this event together, and to Łukasz Chaberski, President of Polskie Porty Lotnicze S.A., for his contribution.
