I think it’s safe to say Pluxee UK firmly put itself on the map at Employee Benefits Live this week 💥 As headline sponsor, we wanted to show up properly - and I’m incredibly proud of how we did it. The stand looked brilliant, the team brought ALL the energy and The Drop gave us the perfect conversation starter: What do you really value most? 💰 Money 💙 Health 👏 Recognition Three very different answers depending on who you ask - and that’s exactly the point. These are the three pillars at the heart of the Pluxee Employee Experience Platform, because there isn’t a one-size-fits-all answer to employee experience. People have different needs, at different stages of their lives, and the real opportunity for employers is to make support relevant, accessible and actually used. What I loved most over the two days was seeing people stop, get involved and then start talking. Not just about what benefits they offer, but what their people genuinely value and how they can create more impact. And that feels particularly exciting right now, because Pluxee is here to deliver exactly that. We’re evolving, we’re doing some genuinely brilliant things, and there is so much more to come 🚀 Huge credit and thanks to everyone behind the scenes who brought it all together, and to the brilliant Pluxee team who absolutely smashed it over the two days! 💙 If EB Live was anything to go by, I think we’re going to have a very exciting year ahead… #EBLive #EmployeeExperience #EmployeeBenefits #EmployeeEngagement #Pluxee Ian Lacey Tim Godfrey Chris Ronald Jonathan Attia Bindia .. The future of employee benefits is not about offering more. It is about offering what really matters. Together with my dear friend and colleague Katerina Vamvakari, I have just returned from #EBLive26 (Employee Benefits) at Excel London, with plenty of inspiration, fresh perspectives and great conversations with fellow People professionals. Wellbeing, inclusion, financial wellness, flexibility and employee listening are just some of the topics shaping how we support people at work and create a better employee experience. 😎 Shout-out to MORO TECHNOLOGY CORPORATION for investing in our development and giving us the opportunity to take part in events like this. Continuous learning is not only an investment in people, but also one of the most valuable benefits an employer can offer. Now let's go to work. Because new ideas are great, but making them happen is even better. p.s: Alexia Samara Aristeidis Souras Lila Plexida you will notice the pins 😜

🚀 What a day at Employee Benefits Live 2026 at Excel London! An incredible opportunity to get out from behind the screen and spend the day speaking face-to-face with HR leaders, People professionals and businesses about the future of employee benefits and financial wellbeing. I had a brilliant time representing Thrive by Blackfinch Group, meeting customers, learning about the challenges organisations are facing, and discussing how we can help businesses better support the financial wellbeing of their employees. Days like this are a great reminder that, behind every business conversation, there are people looking for better ways to support their teams. A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by the stand, shared their experiences and took the time to speak with us. Looking forward to continuing those conversations over the coming weeks! All wrapped up at Employee Benefits Live. 🚀 Had some brilliant conversations with People teams from companies of all sizes, and here are my main takeaways: 📊 Reward teams are stretched. Manual spreadsheets, outdated processes, and confused employees lead to a lot more admin and stress than is necessary. 🤔 Employees want more choice. Helping them understand their benefits and how to make the most of them is key to a sound benefits strategy. 🤯 Seeing is believing. Some of the best moments of the event were seeing faces light up while showing how Happl works from both the employee and admin experience. A huge thanks to everyone who stopped by, and for everyone from the team who made it such a great two days: Andrew, Jodie, Adam, Elliot, and everyone behind the scenes who made it run so smoothly. If we spoke at the stand (or we missed each other), I’d love to pick the conversation back up. Drop me a message!

Two days at Employee Benefits Live, one new brand and a lot of benefits admin smashed. Plus some very happy Happlings to prove it. Thanks to everyone who came to see us.

What a rewarding day at Employee Benefits! So nice to see some familiar faces, connect with new ones and spend the day focused on something that plays such a big part in what we do: improving the everyday experience and wellbeing of our colleagues. It was inspiring to learn how to take those plans and turn them into meaningful action. Lot's of great takeaways, such as how much sleep can truly impact your day to day at work, how a sense of belonging is found in people not a policy and that Julia M. gets surprisingly aggressive with whack-a-mole. I'll finish with my favourite quote of the day from Jane Vivier's talk: “Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world. Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has.”

We were at Employee Benefits Live on Tuesday! 📍 The day was a great opportunity to meet HR, reward and benefits professionals and discuss how organisations can better support their people. Following the launch of our Parental Leave Benchmark Report 2026 last month, Jennifer Liston-Smith took to the stage to explore why supporting working parents needs to go beyond parental leave policy and consider the wider experience before, during and after leave. Here’s a look back at what we got up to! A great day at Employee Benefits Live 2026 It was great to catch up with familiar faces but meeting so many new people made the day. A fantastic opportunity to hear different perspectives on how organisations are looking to better support & engage their people. The speaker sessions were excellent, and a few themes really stood out for me: ✅Healthcare, wellbeing & prevention are firmly on the agenda, with more organisations looking at preventative options rather than just reactive support. ✅Relevance & accessibility matter. Benefits only add value if they work for different employee groups and people can easily see & access them. ✅ Personalisation is still growing. One-size-fits-all is giving way to approaches that reflect individual needs and life stages. #EmployeeBenefitsLive #EBLive26 #EmployeeBenefits #Reward #PeopleStrategy

What a brilliant day at Employee Benefits Live 2026. I had the opportunity to join the panel asking a deceptively simple question: Are we actually moving the needle on whole person wellbeing? My answer was yes, but only when wellbeing becomes part of the employee experience rather than another standalone programme. One thought kept coming back to me throughout today: Are we asking “What are we offering?” or “What difference is this actually making?” Because people don't leave their lives at the door when they come to work. They arrive as parents, carers and partners, navigating health, financial pressures and different stages of life. One-size-fits-all wellbeing simply doesn't work. And that was reinforced beautifully by one of the sessions I attended on designing wellbeing around the moments that matter in people's lives, rather than organising everything around benefit tick boxes. For me, the opportunity is to listen better, connect what already exists and make support simpler and more human when somebody needs it. There was plenty of fun too. I loved my Smile Box such a thoughtful surprise, had a brilliant time discovering that apparently I'm a “Joy Architect” in the quiz at the Reward Gateway stand 😂, and had a really interesting conversation with Octopus Legacy that gave me even more to think about for our colleagues and even myself. Lots of ideas coming home with me, but perhaps my biggest takeaway is the simplest: The future of wellbeing isn't more benefits. It's better employee experiences. And those experiences start with listening. #EmployeeBenefitsLive #EmployeeExperience #Wellbeing #WholePersonWellbeing #EmployeeListening #Leadership
