A warm welcome to our 2026 apprentice cohort. This year’s cohort comprises six Level 3 Business Administration apprentices, who will gain valuable experience across Finance, Commercial, Procurement, Project Management, HR and Operations, alongside a four-year engineering degree apprentice. Their arrival marks another important milestone in our commitment to developing future skills and investing in the next generation of our workforce. Our programme builds on Marshall Group’s proud heritage of apprenticeship training, which welcomed more than 21,000 apprentices between 1909 and 2025 and helped launch careers across the automotive, aviation and engineering sectors. We’re proud to continue this legacy and wish our new recruits every success in the first chapter of their careers. Read more: https://lnkd.in/eVgaA87V

In case you missed it, our CEO Gareth Williams shares his perspective on the Defence Investment Plan and why the focus must now shift to turning plans into progress. Read the full article below. #Defence #UKDefence
The Defence Investment Plan published earlier this year was an important step forward. As we approach the Autumn Budget, the change of mindset to understand defence investment as an engine for growth rather than a spending cost is more important than ever. I’ve set out my thoughts on what industry and government need to do next in my latest article for Defence Matters.

Marshall Land Systems is now a Certified Indigenous Business (CIB) with the Canadian Council for Indigenous Business (CCIB). CIB certification is not a self-declaration. It confirms, through independent review by an Indigenous-led national organization, that Marshall Land Systems is majority Indigenous-owned and controlled, backed by documented proof of ownership, control and heritage. In a sector where Indigenous participation is increasingly a procurement requirement, verification is what separates genuine ownership from a logo on a bid.
