Big questions. Different perspectives. No easy answers. Our CEO Robert Gordon recently featured in the first episode of ‘Provocations’, a new podcast series from the Finance & Leasing Association hosted by award-winning broadcaster Nihal Arthanayake. ‘Provocations’ brings together voices from finance, business, economics and regulation to challenge assumptions, debate difficult questions and explore what changes are needed in the lending industry. Joining Robert for the opening discussion is Catherine L Mann, one of the UK’s leading economists and an established member of the Bank of England’s Monetary Policy Committee. Together, they explore whether the economy has changed faster than the lending system and how lending can continue to evolve with the way people live and work. Novuna Consumer Finance has partnered with Nest Home Additions to introduce flexible finance options for their customers across a range of contemporary garden rooms 🤝 As each space represents a significant investment, Nest wanted their customers to have the choice to either pay upfront or explore a range of finance options. Through our new partnership, Nest now offers interest-bearing credit and buy now pay later options, so customers spread the cost of projects over time, without compromise. Speaking about the partnership, Nest said: “From the outset, we wanted the Nest proposition to be about choice – not only in the garden room customers create, but also in how they choose to pay for it. Working with Novuna has allowed us to build finance into our customer journey and provide customers with additional ways to pay for their new garden room.” Ready to see what retail finance could do for your business? Helping more children discover the enjoyment of reading 📚 In 2025–26, we supported our partners at the Children's Book Project with a £15,000 donation and organised a book drive at our Leeds and Telford offices. Together, we helped seven schools across Leeds and Birmingham provide 16,974 books to 2,829 children, giving them the chance to choose stories to take home and keep. Many of these schools serve socioeconomically disadvantaged communities, where families face financial pressure and children often have few or no reading materials. A book of their own can help a child fall in love with reading, find comfort in a favourite story and grow in confidence as they explore who they are and what they want to be. Thank you to the Children's Book Project for the fantastic work being undertaken to tackle book poverty and to every colleague who donated a book in support of this initiative 💜 #Novuna #ChildrensBookProject #Charity #Community #Literacy

60 colleagues, brokers, suppliers and partners recently joined us at the Forest of Arden Hotel & Country Club for our fourth annual Novuna Charity Golf Day ⛳ This year, we raised funds for Macmillan Cancer Support, a charity close to the hearts of many of our colleagues that provides vital support for people living with cancer and their families. Through donations, an auction, a raffle and fundraising activities on the day, we raised more than £22,000 including matched funding, helping more people access care when they need it most. The competition was closely contested, with Richard Huby from Novuna Consumer Finance and Russell Cohen from GlobalPay taking the top spots on the day. We’d like to say a huge thank you to everyone who took part, donated and helped make the event possible, and to the organising team for all their hard work behind the scenes 💜 #Novuna #CharityGolfDay #Fundraising #Charity #Community

The new Premier League season is almost here – but how much will it cost to follow your club? New research from Novuna Personal Finance has ranked the most expensive and most affordable clubs to support in 2026/27, based on the cheapest adult season ticket, a home replica shirt, plus a pie and pint across all 19 home league matches. Premier League champions Arsenal top the table at £1,367.95 per fan, more than £753 above Hull City, the most affordable club to follow. Fans are set to spend more than £1bn on tickets this season, before the matchday extras even get on the scoresheet. Since 2016/17, the average price of a pie has risen by 58%, while an adult replica shirt is up 56%, both rising faster than inflation. Read more 👉 https://ow.ly/7JtH50ZCoNg
