We’ve been named to LinkedIn’s Top Startups list for the second year running 🚀 The ranking is built around how fast a company’s team is growing and how well it attracts talent from the world’s top companies. It’s been a big 12 months. We launched our Agentic Operating System for procurement, grew the team to over 200 Omneans across London and New York, and signed incredible customers like PayPal, T. Rowe Price and Riot Games. Our ambition hasn’t changed: to build a workplace where people can do their best work, learn more in a year than they would in five anywhere else, and grow in a true meritocracy. If that sounds appealing, we’re hiring across all roles in London and New York. Check out our careers page: https://lnkd.in/evHNtufh

Bloomin brilliant day yesterday at the Omnea Head Office taking part in their inaugural Applied AI Day. A proper, hands on look at rapidly deploying Agents into our existing Omnea workflows to save time, improve data accuracy, boost the UX and more. The speed of dev, deployment and feedback loop is wild. I mentioned to Ben Allen over lunch that it would be great to have a control tower agent that helped aggregate the live issues that the team otherwise have to click through at an individual request level to understand and by 7pm I had test screenshots in my inbox doing exactly that

The economics of sourcing have changed 📈 Running an event properly used to mean weeks of shortlisting, drafting questionnaires and chasing responses, so it was only worth doing on the largest contracts. Everything else went through unchallenged. In this video Product Director, Paul Mumford shows how specialist agents run the event for you. Agents build the event, shortlist suppliers, draft the questionnaires based on your policies, then score every response and make a ln award recommendation. Your team only needs to confirm the final decisions. When an event costs almost nothing to run, you run it on the spend you’d normally wave through. Across our customer base, we’ve already seen 78% faster cycle times on RFx events. Read more about agentic sourcing → https://lnkd.in/eN4vwVAH

What does winning an NBA championship have to do with procurement? Quite a lot, it turns out... At SIG San Francisco, Avonda Anderson joined us for a fireside chat on her journey from running strategic sourcing for the NBA champions to leading procurement at Flock Safety. She also talked about how she's bringing AI into procurement, and why she chose Omnea to help her do it and consolidate her procurement stack. Thank you Avonda, thank you SIG SF, and thanks to everyone who came along. Get in touch with Ben Champion and Vasco Thomas Breysse if you’d like to learn more.

A week ago today, we hosted our largest dinner yet during DPW Amsterdam. To open the evening, Gabriel Galdino, Procurement Team Lead at Adyen, shared a few words. We launched the whitepaper he wrote with Sam Kaserer, which tells the full story of the switch from their legacy S2P suite to a fully agentic operating system. Here's what Adyen did: → Went live for almost 5,000 employees in 29 offices 16 weeks after signing, with a single announcement email and no training programme → Cut average end-to-end cycle time by 45% → Put 700 requests through Omnea in the first three months → Retired the old suite, and started building their first AI agents on clean data Thank you, Gabriel, for sharing the story so openly, and thank you to everyone who came. If you couldn't make it, the whole journey is in Adyen's own words, including what they'd tell another team starting out. Read it here: https://lnkd.in/ewuy8yJp

Confidence isn't a substitute for context. A language model will write you a convincing negotiation email. It just doesn't know what others pay for the same thing elsewhere, or how this supplier treated you last time. Handing it every file you own doesn't fix that either: give an agent everything and the outcomes get worse, not better. In this video our co-founder and VP AI, Ben Allen shows it in practice: an Approval Agent pulls intake data, duplicate-supplier checks, Tropic price benchmarks and Dow Jones risk signals into one evidence-based recommendation, then learns from every decision your team makes. Across our customers, that agent has gone from agreeing with human reviewers 86% of the time to more than 95%. None of it needs your data in order first. You adopt, and we get you organised. Thank you to everyone who joined us for drinks in New York to enjoy the stunning sunset 🌇 It was a great evening of conversation with procurement leaders about what's working, what isn't, and where the function is heading. If you'd like to join us at the next one, connect with Karim Saddedine and he'll make sure you're on the list.

We’re officially the 11th fastest-growing startup in Europe 🚀 Tracked by Sifted, the ranking is based on real revenue growth. It's been an unreal 12 months. We've grown the team to over 200 talented Omneans across London and New York, and we've continued to sign incredible customers like PayPal, T. Rowe Price and Riot Games. Our ambition is to build a workplace where people can do their best work, learn more in a year than they would in five anywhere else, and grow in a true meritocracy. If that sounds appealing, we're hiring across all roles in London and New York. Check out our careers page: https://lnkd.in/evHNtufh
