Small actions can make a meaningful difference. Recently, BBH colleagues in Dublin spent time cleaning up the banks of the Grand Canal. Their hands-on effort helped care for a much-loved public space and contribute to a cleaner, more sustainable city. We’re proud to support opportunities that turn our sustainability commitments into local impact. Learn more about how BBH is giving back to our communities. https://lnkd.in/ed9r6J_7

What could the November 3 election mean for markets? With control of Congress up for grabs, the policy outlook for taxes, spending, and trade hangs in the balance. Our research and webinar with Elias Haddad, CFA, Global Head of Markets Strategy, and Scott Clemons, Chief Investment Officer, examine historical parallels and today’s economic backdrop to put the potential implications for rates, equities, and the dollar in context. They also look beyond the election to the fiscal trajectory and other Q4 event risks that could shape the market outlook globally. One year to go! On October 11, 2027, the EU, UK, and Switzerland will move to T+1 settlement. Adrian Whelan (He/Him), Head of Regulatory Intelligence, believes the next 12 months provide a valuable window for firms to prepare. While the US transition offers helpful lessons, Europe's time zones and fragmented markets make this transition far more complex. Hear why he's urging the industry to act now, not later. Being “All-In” means turning commitment into action. That idea took center stage at our #HispanicHeritageMonth kick-off event, where Gian Paul Gonzalez shared the story behind the rallying cry that inspired the New York Giants’ 2012 Super Bowl championship run. His message reminded us that how we show up matters, especially when the outcome is uncertain. When we remain grounded in our values, we can support one another and create lasting impact across our organization and the communities we serve. A big thank you goes to our Latino Cultural Network for organizing such an inspiring event. #LifeatBBH

Congratulations to the The Boys' Club of New York for 150 years of helping New York City's boys and young men reach their full potential. Founded by E.H. Harriman, the father of two of our Partners, BBHers have volunteered their time and donated resources to the organization for over a century, including generations of BBH Partners who have served as BCNY Trustees, including our Managing Partner, Bill Tyree, who was honored this week. Congratulations to Bill on this recognition, and for his decades of service to this important organization. And congratulations to BCNY for 150 years of service to the community.
Honored to be recognized at Wednesday's Boys' Club of New York annual Fall Dance Gala. While grateful for the award, this evening was really about celebrating BCNY's remarkable 150-year legacy and the boys, young men, and now old men whose lives have been supported by the organization's important work. One month after joining BBH, I became a BCNY volunteer and for the last decade have served as its Board Chair. During my 41 years of service, I've seen first-hand the extraordinarily positive impact the Club has on its members. What inspires me are the mentoring relationships and never-ending opportunities provided by the Club to help our boys realize their full potential. Good work doesn't just happen. Dedicated staff, Volunteers, Parents, Trustees, Womens' Board Members, Alumni and legions of Supporters; all work together to deliver our programming to some 5,000 boys in East Harlem (Manhattan), Flushing (Queens), Mott Haven (Bronx) and Harriman State Park. We estimate over a million boys have come through the BCNY's doors since we opened in 1876. Finally, a special shout out to generations of BBHers who've contributed their time, talent, and treasure to make the lives of our BCNY boys fuller. EH Harriman of Union Pacific Railroad fame and BCNY's founder, was the father of BBH Partners, Averell and Roland. He'd be proud of where the Boys Club is today! Here's to The BCNY and to 150 more years! https://lnkd.in/exSzR5yc
