Most companies reward successful experiments. We started rewarding the failed ones, too. In 2024, we opened a Slack channel where anyone at Chili Piper could post the work that drained them. Then we made a bet: trying to build an agent to solve that work would count toward career growth. Even if the agent failed. That change helped us build 1,000 agents. At Ahrefs Evolve, Alina will share: - The incentives that got people experimenting - The patterns we saw after hundreds of agents - What worked, what flopped, and what she’d change Turns out “permission to experiment with agents” is nice.
