🎉 Historic news for West Marin housing! Tamalko Homes, CLAM's partnership with Eden Housing to redevelop the former Coast Guard site in Point Reyes Station, has secured $27 million in low-income housing tax credits, clearing the path to break ground in early 2027 on 54 affordable homes for local families and farmworkers. Want to hear more? Tune in tomorrow at 5pm to KWMR's Epicenter as our Executive Director Jarrod Russell joins Sarah Jones (Marin County's Director of Community Development) and Andrea Osgood (Chief of Real Estate Development and Executive VP at Eden Housing) to talk about what this milestone means for our community. This is the largest affordable housing project in West Marin's history, and more than a decade of community commitment brought us here. Deep gratitude to the CLAM founders, staff, board, and volunteers past and present, our partners at Eden Housing and the County of Marin, our funders, and our incredible community here in West Marin. This is a shared win made possible by your support and your belief in our mission. Visit https://lnkd.in/ghqVBRSs to read the full press release.
