Recently our Dart Emerging Leaders cohort met with CEO Keith Clark and EVP-People, Culture & Communications Jim Farrell for an insightful discussion on the formula for successful leadership, how leaders drive change management and why people are a central pillar to our Dart strategy. Developed through a partnership between Dart Container and Michigan State University Broad College of Business, this immersive program gives our emerging leaders insights into the latest research and thinking in business and connects it to real world Dart experiences. Now in its third year, the Emerging Leaders Academy continues to expand our leadership capabilities, build cross-functional connections and develop the next generation of Dart Leaders.
