95,000 customer emails were exposed because of one missing instruction to AI. ⚠️ An employee at Singapore retailer Bee Cheng Hiang used generative AI to write code for a bulk email campaign. The prompt never told the system to hide recipient addresses. 🧠 The AI did what it was asked to do. 📩 Testing checked the logs, not the email customers would actually receive. 👀 No second reviewer caught the issue before it went live.
