On Tuesday, I'm doing an AMA with the Head of SDRs at Notion. If you lead an SDR team, you're not going to want to miss this. No moderator or script, just Johnny DeFazio and I answering all your questions. Our approaches are very similar, and we'll talk through it: - What we're automating - What we're not automating - What a modern SDR hiring profile should look like - How to get buy-in from execs for bringing in new tools (like Clay and Notion) Live AMA, presented by Clay, this Tuesday, 2 PM ET. Hope to see you there. Quick form to register here: clay.link/Kn8OHTE

Clay’s Summer of Launches is officially over, but the Clay Genie (me) is still on the clock. While everyone was keeping up with the BIG launches, we also shipped a few upgrades to the stuff you already use. TLDW: 3 updates from the past month that deserve your attention: ✨ Audiences everywhere: Audiences is now available across Sculptor, GTM Agent, and CLI, so your agents can use your GTM data to build smarter workflows with more context. ✨ SOQL imports: Enterprise customers can now pick exactly which Salesforce data they want to import into Clay, giving them more control over their CRM data. ✨ Credit spike alerts: Enterprise admins now get a heads-up when unusually high credit spend is detected. For the “wait, a second...where did those credits go????” moments. Let me know what you’re trying first and what else is on your wishlist!! We're granting wishes <3

  • Who said a GTM conference can’t be a high-fashion editorial shoot? 📸✨ Had WAY too much fun turning SCULPT 2026 by Clay into a full-on editorial shoot. I think my favorite part was how DOWN everyone was to get into character. One minute you're networking, the next you're serving looks like you're on the cover of Vogue. The poses, the personalities, the drama… everyone understood the assignment. I love getting to bring a little unexpected creativity into corporate spaces, and this was the perfect reminder that people will absolutely commit to the bit when you give them the opportunity. Huge thank you to the Clay team and Jake Block for trusting me to bring this editorial photo experience to life, and to everyone who stepped in front of my camera and gave me their best supermodel moment. GTM by day, fashion icons by night. 💅 #SCULPT2026 #Clay #CreativeDirection #EditorialPhotography

Dearly beloved. We have some internal sauce for your consumption. We're giving away our account-fit scoring framework, territory rules, and a Clay workflow you can adapt. On Thursday, October 22 at noon ET, Evan Peters (Head of Revenue Platform) and Osman S. (Head of GTM Ops) will break down fit vs. intent and balancing rep books by opportunity. [Join live: clay.link/RvezA1b] As our sales team grew, we used Clay to build hyper-focused rep books, with clear scoring and a reason behind every assignment. Lorcan O'Rourke, our Solutions Engineer, will walk through the build: 1) Add company size and tech stack to Salesforce for fit scoring. 2) Score how well each account fits and explain why. 3) Check which accounts qualify and which keep their current owner. 4) Assign accounts to reps, with manager approval before updating Salesforce. 5) Use rep and manager feedback to catch poor fits and improve scoring. Join us for How Clay Uses Clay: Territory Planning!! You'll leave with two Notion templates and a workflow to customize and make your own <3 xoxo, The How Clay Uses Clay Extravaganza Express

A brief and very serious message from your 2026 Clay Cup Champion, Ben Broadley: "Clay sent a film crew to my home in Sydney!!!!! The plan was to talk about what I love: Clay. Buttt I’d be KIDDING myself if I said that was fully true. So now, there is a whole documentary that’s mostly about chicken parmis (shoutout to The Forresters in Sydney). In fairness, using Clay does help fund them. I picked up Clay two years ago, and it’s been most of my working week ever since. Neither a documentary nor the Clay Cup was on my bingo card this year, but I’m stoked to share some Australian (and possibly Italian???) culture with the world." PS: A reminder that we're keeping an eye on the top 1% GTMEs in the world. If that's you, be on the lookout for Clay Cup 3. PPS: We're giving away chicken parmi shirts (like the one Ben is wearing). Let us know if you want one :) We've got no choice but to level up again...
