OFFICIALLY ELECTED MISTER FRESHMAN What started as a goal is now becoming my reality. I’m proud and honored to announce that I am the newly elected Mister Freshman at Delaware State University. This is bigger than a title. This moment represents the work, the growth, the support, and every person who helped me get here. Leaving Detroit, Michigan, and coming to Delaware for college has been one of the biggest steps of my life. I’m proud to be forged by Detroit, rooted in the 313, and now building my future at Delaware State University. To my family, thank you for always believing in me, supporting me, and reminding me of who I am and what I’m capable of. I would not be here without you.To my friends, thank you for the encouragement, the laughs, the advice, and for pushing me to keep going. I appreciate everyone who stood beside me throughout this process.A special thank you to Midnight Golf, the program from my hometown that has played such an important role in my development. The lessons, mentorship, relationships, and experiences I gained through Midnight Golf continue to shape the person and leader I am becoming. I carry those lessons with me everywhere I go. Now, I have the opportunity to serve the freshman class at Delaware State University, and I do not take that responsibility lightly. I’m ready to represent my class, create meaningful experiences, build community, and make sure the freshman voice is heard. I don’t stand for a title. I stand for my people, my class, and a future we can build together. For the freshman. For the Hive. For Delaware State. This is only the beginning. October is Michigan College Month and FAFSA is now open! Reynolda Brown, Vice President for Enrollment Management at Claflin University, has partnered with College Career & Beyond | Midnight Golf Program for more than 20 years. From the enrollment side, he sees how much connection matters. Scholars who build strong relationships on campus have an easier time staying through graduation. FAFSA opens doors. Community gets you to graduation. If you know a Detroit-area high school senior or family, encourage them to start at fafsa.gov. #MichiganCollegeMonth #FAFSA #CollegeLife

I am incredibly blessed and excited to share some major news… I have officially signed a full time offer with Ally Financial! This truly feels like a full-circle moment. As a Detroit kid who moved out of state to chase opportunity, coming back home to start my career at this Detroit based, Fortune 500 company is nothing but a profound blessing. I am thrilled to be stepping into my new role as an Auto Finance Analyst within the premier Auto DRIVE Program upon graduation at their Northeastern Regional Business Center. This 2 year program offers one of a kind leadership exposure, mentorship, and the chance to grow and eventually work alongside a cohort of like minded individuals. I am incredibly humbled and grateful to be one of just 7 candidates selected out of 50+ applicants to learn and expand my horizons through this opportunity. I am endlessly grateful to Delaware State University, Midnight Golf Program, Winston Coffee and all my mentors back home. My mentors within Ally, Jamaun Tatum, Smith Cooke, Madeline Schafer, Jessica Granowicz and especially Jasmine Bridge, I thank you for helping me along the way and guiding me to this new chapter. Most importantly, I thank God for granting me this opportunity and the strength to see it through. This is just the beginning, and I want everyone to know that it is possible. When you put your mind to it and you have faith, nothing can stop you. Ready to start working towards something great. Let’s get to work, Ally! #Detroit #CareerJourney #FullCircle #AllyFinancial #AutoFinance #AutoDRIVE #Blessing

Greetings, LinkedIn family, and Happy First Forum of 2026! I am truly excited and grateful to be starting this year with such an incredible opportunity to learn and grow alongside business leaders and fellow students. The Florida A&M University's - School of Business and Industry forum is a gathering of all scholars, where we hear and connect with business executives and professionals. Having the opportunity to hear directly from experienced executives and gain valuable insight into the business world is something I do not take for granted! As a proud member of the 2026-27 Business LLC (Learning Living Community) here on campus, I am especially thankful for the opportunities that allow me to surround myself with like-minded students, build meaningful relationships, and continue developing both personally and professionally. Especially thank you to Johnny McCaskill for all you for the LLC students, as well as all students in the School of Business and Industry! Looking forward to what this year has in-store for me! 💚🐍🧡 #FAMU #SchoolOfBusinessAndIndustry #BusinessLLC #FirstForum2026
