Last night in Charlotte, we showed reporters and customers what our team at Motive has built. It's called Agents. Since landing, I've been asking everyone which alert their team ignores, and the answers so far have been stop sign violations (no surprise there). Most teams aren't short on data. They're short on attention. Dozens of alerts, a handful of people, and a day that's full before your first cup of coffee. Seeing a problem and fixing it are two different jobs, and most teams already have plenty of help with the first one. Agents take on the second, accelerating insights to actions! When a fault code comes in, they can open the work order and take the vehicle out of service. When a driver shows early signs of fatigue, our AI assistant can call them in the cab and bring in a safety manager if needed. The goal is to act before a problem turns into an incident.
