Congrats to WVIA on 60 years!
What a day for WVIA as we celebrated our 60th anniversary! We were honored to welcome PBS CEO Paula Kerger to our newly renovated home, where she spent time with our staff, Board members, supporters, and community partners. It was a wonderful opportunity to showcase not only our facility, but the incredible people who make WVIA such a special organization. A special thank you as well to Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist, bestselling author, and longtime public media advocate Anna Quindlen for leading a thoughtful and engaging conversation with Paula and me about the future of public media and the important role it continues to play in our communities. As we celebrate six decades of service, I am incredibly proud of our team and grateful to everyone who has helped shape WVIA's past, present, and future.
